McKinney MUD No. 1 would like to provide an update regarding the ongoing closure of eastbound Olympic Crossing, between Trinity Falls Parkway and Sweetwater.
At this time, the road closure is expected to remain in place through Monday, August 17, 2026, as repair work continues to address the roadway heaving. While every effort is being made to complete the work as scheduled, this date remains an estimate and is subject to change depending on repair progress and weather conditions.
We understand this extended closure may create challenges for residents, particularly with the first day of school at Frazier Elementary School approaching. Motorists should anticipate increased traffic, allow additional travel time, and plan alternate routes whenever possible during morning and afternoon school hours.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents and the Trinity Falls community as these necessary repairs are completed. Our goal is to safely complete the repairs and reopen the roadway as soon as conditions allow.
