Acceptance of Basecamp and Park Area 4

April 1st the district accepted conveyance from Johnson Development of park area 4 and Basecamp, which includes Lake Freedom and Lake Forest. Please note that Basecamp, the playground structure and disc golf course remain closed. Residents are encouraged to enjoy the parks and trails system while maintaining social distance standards.

At the January 7, 2020 meeting the Board of Directors for McKinney MUD 1 voted to adopt a $5,000 disabled or over-65 tax exemption.
