Trinity Falls Parkway is closed between FM 543 and Sweet Water. Both North and South bound lanes are closed due to a broken Gas Line. Repairs are underway but there is no current timeline for completion.
Due to ongoing construction, Trinity Falls Parkway north of FM 543 will have intermittent lane closures over the next month. One lane in each direction will be open at all times and no lane closures will occur before 9 a.m.
The District is receiving daily phone calls and emails inquiring about the opening of Melissa Road. The construction for Melissa Road is controlled solely by the Developer – Trinity Falls Holdings. Calling the City of Melissa, the City of McKinney, Collin County, and/or TxDOT is not helpful, as they are not involved in the construction and none of them have the current construction progress information. West Bound Olympic Crossing between Sweetwater Cove and Trinity Falls Parkway is temporarily closed due to the Road Buckling. Please use Sweetwater as a detour to Trinity Falls Parkway.
The Splash Pad is down for repairs.

Although cleanup is still in progress, ALL of the trails and fairways have been cleared of fallen trees, limbs, and debris. Trails and fairways are clear and safe for transit and disc golf. ALL wooded trails and fairways are CLOSED (NO EXCEPTIONS). Water just receded Friday morning (June 7). However, there are still trees and huge limbs down or still falling.
