Due to the ongoing dangerous weather and road conditions trash service will not be operating again tomorrow, Wednesday Feb 17th. With the forecasted additional snow tomorrow it is likely that service trucks will not be able to provide service until next week. Freeze Watch

Mckinney MUD 1 residents, it is time to prepare for colder temperatures! There is a Freeze Watch in effect for Friday through Thursday morning, February 12th – February 18, 2021. Parks and Recreation Update As of Wednesday, August 5th, all B.B. Owen playground structures, disc golf course, and bathrooms were opened to the public for use. Community Update

Sidewalk Repairs McKinney MUD No. 1 has contracted for sidewalk repairs throughout the District. There will be temporary barricades in those areas that are being repaired. The barricades will be removed after the cure period has completed.

Lower Insurance Rates

Many of our families here in Trinity Falls saw an increase in property insurance rates after the closing of the Melissa Rd bridge. Acceptance of Basecamp and Park Area 4

April 1st the district accepted conveyance from Johnson Development of park area 4 and Basecamp, which includes Lake Freedom and Lake Forest. Please note that Basecamp, the playground structure and disc golf course remain closed. Residents are encouraged to enjoy the parks and trails system while maintaining social distance standards.
