Restrooms at Basecamp and Old Joe Dog Park
With weather conditions dropping below freezing most nights, the District has determined that the Bathrooms at Basecamp will be closed January 8th and reopened when the temperatures are back above freezing. The water will also remain turned off for the fountains at Basecamp and Old Joe Dog Park and will open as weather permits.
Bulk Trash Collection Delay- 12/15/2023
The MUD was contacted by Waste Connections that their bulk pickup route will not be able to complete as scheduled for 12/15. Anyone that has bulk trash remaining after 7:00 pm, please leave the items there for pickup for 12/16. Waste Connections apologizes for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

BB Owen Park Seasonal Update
The Splashpad located at Basecamp will be closing for the 2023 season on October 22nd. Thank you all for the great season and we are looking forward to seeing everyone in 2024! With the closure of the Splashpad for the 2023 season and the reduced hours of sunlight, the bathroom hours at Basecamp will be 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Partial Road Closure
South bound Trinity Falls Parkway between Olympic Crossing and Sweetwater will have 1 lane shut down over the next 4 weeks for repairs.
Notice Regarding MUD-Owned Property
REMINDER: All property from the back side (house side) of all sidewalks to the curb is owned by the MUD. Other property owned by the MUD includes the Parkways, Greenbelts, and Parks. Basecamp Splashpad Seasonal Opening
Good news is that the Splashpad at Basecamp will be opening officially on Wednesday 5/25 with the hours running from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. With this, the district will be extending the hours of the restrooms to close at 9:30 pm. You may see some work going on over the week of May 7th in Sweetwater Park.
